Catherine has 3 rooms reserved, all facing the lock (watch the ships rise past your window), for those who want to stay and relax, have a few drinks at the pub and catch up. You'll go our own ways Sunday morning. Anyone not riding a motorcycle but wanting to meet in Thorold is welcome too!

Rosella Casalino (Mais) on May 15, 2017.
Heartfelt condolences to her family and friends.

Fellow 78 grad Judy Galbraith runs a yearly golf tournament
in honour of her brother who passed away in 2014
and attnded Michael Power (1972).
The proceeds (100%) go to the Peter Galbraith Memorial Scholarship Award at MPSJ and is given to one of the graduates in his memory.
It goes to a graduating student who is an example to others of respect, humility, friendship and civility for all members of the school community. This person looks to be everyone's friend and someone who strives to be the best person they can be.
If you would like to enjoy a day of golfing and a great meal while supporting this worthy cause please contact Judy at the number on the poster.

1959 - 2014
fellow '78 graduate died peacefully surrounded by her family , at the age of 55, on Friday October 31, 2014 after a battle with cancer.
Funeral Mass was held on Tuesday November 4 at St Mary's Star of the Sea Catholic Church and was a lovely mass and tribute to the person Sharon was and the people she touched through her life.
Classmates Scott McNally, Gerry Whelan and myself attended.

Niagara Falls - July 5, 2012
All four of these ladies attended St Clement's Elementary School in Etobicoke together and then went on to St. Joe's for high school.
Nancy Bianco (Yamek) from Franklin Tennessee and Anne Hudson (Millar) from Auckland, New Zealand were both in Toronto for a visit home. They hooked up with fellow MPSJ classmates Anne Murray from Toronto and Michele Doyle-Davidson (Hepp) from Burlington for a day of fun and reminiscing.

Anne was on her way to Toronto for a visit and did a three day stop over in NY for some sight seeing. Bonnie was in NY with her daughter for a dance competition and Leslie went down with one of Anne's sisters for a 4 day holiday .....and a lot of fun!
Anne is now in Toronto until July 13th and Bonnie is in NY for a week or so.

entered eternal life on
Saturday, June 23, 2012
at St. Joseph’s Motherhouse on Saturday, June 23, 2012
in the 75th year of her religious life.
She is predeceased by her parents, Clement Cahill and
Catherine Cecilia O’Hara,
by her sister Mary and her brothers, Raymond, Bernard, John
and Father Lawrence.
She will be dearly missed by her sister Patricia Howorth,
and many nieces and nephews.
Sister Imelda entered the Sisters of St. Joseph in 1936, and served in the
ministry of education for forty years as teacher and then as principal
at St. Joseph’s High School, Islington, for seventeen years.
On her retirement as principal, she was immediately elected as
Congregational Leader for two consecutive four-year terms.
After a one-year sabbatical, she served as Local Leader for the Infirmary at the
Motherhouse before moving to St. Joseph’s College for four years.
Since 1997, Sister Imelda has lived in our Infirmary and her ministry has been
one of prayer for the needs of the community and the world.

was held on
Friday November 4, 2011 in Etobicoke at Vibo Restaurant.
We had the private diningroom upstairs, excellent serving staff, outstanding food and the wine never seemed to stop coming! Even with this size group there wasn't enough time to catch up with everyone.....and that wasn't for lack of trying. Attendance climbed from 5 to 16 this year. What a fun evening! Until next year.........
